Do drivers need to download an app?
No. They open the link from their invitation email, set a password and add FleetMarshal to their home screen. It then opens like any other app, on iPhone or Android.
Do trailers count towards our plan?
No. Only lorries and vans count. Add as many trailers as you like, and drivers can include the trailer in their walkaround check.
I'm an external transport manager. Can I use one login for all my operators?
Yes. You can work for up to four operators with one sign-in and switch between them at any time. Each operator has its own licence.
Can we use our own checklists?
Yes. Start from the ready-made walkaround, load security and end of shift checklists, or write your own. You choose which items need a photo and the minimum time a check should take.
How do we pay?
By card or Direct Debit, monthly or yearly, set up in a minute from your account through Stripe's secure payment page. Each payment renews your licence by itself. Larger fleets can pay by invoice and bank transfer. Prices are plus VAT, and every invoice is a VAT invoice.
What happens if a payment is late?
Everything keeps working, with a reminder, for 14 days. After that your account becomes read-only: you can still look at and export everything, but nothing new can be saved until the licence is renewed.
Where is our data kept, and who can see it?
On servers in London. Each company's records are kept separate, and people only see what their role allows. You can export your records whenever you like.
